Purpose of personal data processing

Personal data is only processed for the purposes listed below, in advance:

  • To handle customer service and facilitate communication
  • For order processing, delivery and archiving
  • To store purchase history for possible product returns or warranty processing
  • To prevent abuses
  • To improve customer experience and customer service quality
  • To develop the company’s own operations and services
  • Targeted content , communication and marketing production
 

Information content of the register

Customer contact information and information enabling ordering: first name, last name, street address, zip code, post office, telephone number, e-mail address. The possibility of sending marketing messages to the customer, if the customer has given separate consent to this when creating a customer account. Information about customer orders, deliveries and returns.

Regular data sources

The registry’s contact and customer information is obtained at the start of the customer relationship and during it from changes made by the customer to the controller. A customer relationship is created when a customer creates a domain name for an online store or orders products. Marketing ban is selected when registering. The customer register is kept in electronic form. Only separately defined employees of the registrar are entitled to use the system containing customer data and to change customer data. 

 
Change:
Personal data is generally processed as long as the customership is valid. Customers who have placed an order will receive a newsletter by e-mail, which can be canceled by pressing the cancel newsletter button at the end of the letter. Those registered to our newsletter list can unsubscribe themselves via the link in each newsletter we send.  The customer can request the anonymization or deletion of his personal data from our register. Legislation may impose obligations on some of the information to store the information for a longer period of time (e.g. the Accounting Act and the Consumer Protection Act).
