Delivery method and delivery costs.
Delivery costs include postage and packaging, 8 euros.
You can see the delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery method in the shopping cart. We deliver orders as a package, Matkahuolto, Posti package.
You can also pick up products or shop directly at our TOUCH d´ANDRĂˆ store, Itäkeskus, Hansaväyä, shopping center near Easton and Itis, Asiakkaankatu 11b / Gotlanninkatu 11

Exchange and return conditions.
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging.
Include the following information with the return:
• Your customer number, name, address and phone number
• Your bank account number (for reimbursement)
• A copy of the order confirmation.
We do not accept returns that have been sent more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be returned directly to your account after the return has been received and processed.
Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products.
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to the address touch.d.andre@gmail.com
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately complained to the mail.
Change
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
TOUCH d´ANDRÉ processes all customer data confidentially.
We reserve the right to price changes, as well as the right to close the customer account, and cancel or terminate transactions without any reason. However, canceling or returning the transaction will never cause financial costs to the consumer if the conditions according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act are met. In case of damages, we reserve the right to replace the products for a maximum of the full price, including shipping costs. There may be slight tonal errors in the product images.

TOUCH d´ANDRE does its best to get the most comprehensive idea and image of the products already through the website. If you are unsure of the size, you should contact the store directly by phone (041 528 3094) or by email (touch.d.andre@gmil.com)
– The return period is 14 days after the products have been received.
– The products to be returned must be in salable condition, i.e. you can adjust, but not use!
-To exchange products, you must place a new order!
-Posti transports the return in about 4-10 days, i.e. slower than normal mail.
You will get your money back no later than 7 days after your return has been received.
Operating instructions for returns.
To exchange products, place a new order and return the clothes to be exchanged in accordance with the following points:
1. Put the products back in their original packaging as they were when received. A buttoned up wrinkled t-shirt is not salable, and causes additional additional costs for logistical and practical reasons. Also handle the product packaging with care.
2. Include the order confirmation you received and write in it an explanation of the reason for the return and your account number.

You will receive a return code from us.
Take the package to the same place where you picked it up.
So you don’t have to pay postage for returns.

Remember to take a receipt for customer returns. We will only reimburse the price of the lost products against a receipt, which you can use to prove that you have delivered the products to the post office.
The return is free of charge if the instructions have been followed. If the returned product is faulty (damaged, used), TOUCH d’ANDRÉ is not obliged to refund the full price of the return. If the returned products are not in resalable condition for reasons caused by the customer, we will withhold part of the sales price as compensation.
